I refer to the postal vote in Australia to vote on a members bill to legalise same sex marriage. The survey asks one question: should the law be changed to allow same-sex couples to marry?

Today I sat with a friend and we discussed the many and varied ways in which we respond as emotive beings to the myriad of sensations we experience as a human being.
