My services to others are generally conducted as a Consultant as defined under the jurisdiction and laws of Australia and with correct Australian Business Number status and business practices ensuing.

Your interaction with me is known as, you; Client.

My Clients are from diverse sectors and varied industry, are often located outside of the jurisdictions of Australian business practice and law hence a negotiable and detailed Contractual Agreement for each and every client.

I contract predominantly with public liability and insurance covered by the employer as part of the contractual obligation. I only pursue such cover if it is absolutely of obligation of acceptance of Contract, at cost and in addition to Quote.

I am a registered sole trading business known as ; Alexander Hayes

I issue Quotes for Service, Invoice for Service and Receipt for Service on a tiered issue system - immediate, 30 days and 90 days negotiable. All products sold or advertised by me are totally independent of my service in a contractual consultation.

I am a registered and practising professional Artist (without GST status in Australia ) which incorporates the visual, electronic, mechanical, public and consultative arts domains which often become part of my project consultation service. All web design and product development are inclusive of this business status as Artist.

I am a trained and professional Educator with a Bachelor of Arts ( Education), Bachelor of Arts (Art), Bachelor of Arts (Honours- Art) and the Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment ( Version 1). All project Facilitation and project Management services rendered are inclusive of this business status as Educator.

I DO trade and consult, quote and invoice under the one trading name; Alexander Hayes.

I am NOT known nor trade under, nor affiliate with any other alias in a business contractual agreement.
