In this consultation I was contracted to provide project management services, scope and website development implementation over a six (6) month period. During this period I managed a team of three (3) international contributors who were responsible for UX/UI design, content creation, social media integration, selection and engagement of appropriate host services, web design and content migration. This project involved substantial consultation with key stakeholders and served as the principal website for the IEEE ISTAS13 event in Toronto, Canada. Integrations also with Squarespace, WorkETC, gApps, Twitter and Flickr.
An extension of the contract involving a complete content transfer and restructure of the website using the newly installed IEEE integrated Wordpress hosting platform. The legacy website is now available at https://site.ieee.org/istas-2013/
