In July 2010 I was contacted by Donna Hensley who was charged with managing the Australia Africa Foundation program (AAF), conducted by the Australian Government My work detail included liaison with project leaders, scope of project ICT needs, providing reports and executive briefings as to service provision. I convinced the Board to pay for a 5 year domain provision and justified using Blogger by referring to the long standing "free ranging" work that Leigh Blackall attested to.
