Well what a cockup and waste of good time that was.
Five phone calls over two months only to receive this by email from the Kelso Lawyers group, who have since changed their systems for engaging with prospective ‘clients’.

In essence, without making it explicit Kelso are stating that they wont take on a case unless I had firstly secured a conviction, which on the one hand I can understand, as it does make sense to pursue compensation given what I will likely endure in order to raise the claim.
Again, proving my innocence in order to gain compensation AFTER I have firstly had to prove my innocence in a court of law.
