Nyikina Collaborative Filmmaking
Figure: ‘The Filmmaking Process’ - Magali McDuffie & Alexander Hayes
In October 2016 I collaborated with Filmmaker and Researcher Dr. Magali McDuffie to produce together a visualization of the collaborative process that McDuffie has employed when working with the Nyikina community in the Kimberley region of Western Australia.
The figures I designed and created within an online visual editing tool called Gliffy. These were further developed and formed part of a higher degree by research (HDR) presentation by McDuffie at the Australian National University at the end of that year.
