Abstract / Article

Ah, there’s always something going on in Perth's dizzyingly vibrant arts community. All you swingers out there, pull on your clingy woolen jumpsuits and poke your nose into an arty place in the Robertson Park Artists' Studio at the new Halverson Hall (176 Fitzgerald Street, Perth). The studio was originally built for the Perth City Band but had got a bit shabby until local artists Graham Hay, Victoria Nadas, Diokno Pasilan, Carol Rowling and Alexander Hayes spruced the joint up. The artist’s first show, which includes paintings, sculpture, and performance celebrates the civic regeneration of the studio's vicinity and is on until the 15th October 2000.
