Artist Statement
The world is filled with great mysteries that take a lifetime to understand. In my case meeting, a widow who both understood my story and was capable of greatness meant I had met my match. In the throes of it all are our Family and the impact it has on them when we conjoin and share our lives together. This small body of creative works marks the beginning of our union as a couple and the cataclysmic forces unleashed as a result.

The turn in weather in Canberra ACT Australia that day was quite surreal. Clouds and sunlight appeared as though it was a European afternoon, with Magali’s Daughter Manon performing her own pagan ‘wedding’ ceremony using willow fronds around us both.
